Ignition represents record labels, artist management, and independent artists in the promotion and marketing of music videos and other visual media releases.

 

Our services include promotion to national and regional broadcast outlets, retail and closed circuit video pools, video-on-demand providers, and internet-based outlets including the online platforms of key music publications and all primary new media outlets. Our goal is to generate sustained airplay for each release, maximize online presence and visibility, and support the video release and tour dates with contests, promotions, interviews, and in-studio performance opportunities.

 

Ignition was founded by Caprice Carmona, who launched Sudden Impact Video Promotion & Marketing in 1990, and over the next 10 years promoted hundreds of music videos for over 60 record labels, adding a Concert Promotion Division to the company in 1998 covering the northern Nevada region. Coming from an indie label background, followed by the many years running SI which served as the video promotion department for some of the industry’s top independent record labels, assures an understanding of, and commitment to, working with budgets large and small.

 

A key element to our business philosophy and the results we deliver, is our commitment to representing a limited number of projects at any given to time to insure complete and thorough attention to each artist. Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with our clients, and this can only be achieved by delivering results. Having the time required to devote to each project is crucial, as well as having strong relationships with the programmers at the outlets we service. The staff at IVM gives every project both the time and attention necessary to achieve maximum exposure, and maintains relationships with the visual media outlets

important to achieving this.
